Dr. Christina Mendoza, PsyD, PMH-C, is a clinical psychologist and perinatal mental health specialist with over 20 years of experience across academic medical centers, integrated health systems, and community-based organizations. She provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy and consultation that address the emotional, physical, and systemic complexities of reproductive and perinatal health, with a focus on holistic healing for individuals, families, and providers.
Her clinical work integrates relational, somatic, and evidence-based frameworks, with deep expertise in fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, reproductive trauma, grief and loss, chronic pelvic pain, and medical trauma. She is also grounded in early relational health and child development, supporting caregivers and professionals in understanding how perinatal and intergenerational experiences shape infant and early childhood well-being.
Dr. Mendoza is certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), trained in perinatal loss and bereavement, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
