Latching ON: Building Confidence in Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding can be rewarding, but it also comes with questions and challenges. This interactive training will strengthen participants’ knowledge of breastfeeding basics, common concerns, and practical ways home visitors can support families with confidence. Participants will learn strategies to encourage, educate, and connect caregivers with appropriate breastfeeding resources while promoting positive infant feeding experiences.
Recharge, Refocus, and Achieve: Choosing Extraordinary Productivity!

Based on FranklinCovey’s The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity®, this engaging workshop will help participants make high-impact choices about where they invest their time, attention, and energy. Through practical strategies and the latest neuroscience research, attendees will learn how to focus on what matters most, manage distractions, prioritize high-impact work, and create sustainable habits that increase productivity without burnout. Participants will leave with tools to achieve greater effectiveness, balance, and fulfillment in both their professional and personal lives.
Beyond the Baby Blues: Understanding and Supporting Perinatal Mental Health

Perinatal mental health affects the well-being of both caregivers and infants. This four-part training series will explore the signs and symptoms of common perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, risk and protective factors, and the important role home visitors play in recognizing concerns and providing compassionate support. Participants will leave with practical tools, communication strategies, and resources to help families navigate the perinatal period with confidence and care.
Building Safer Childhoods: Practical Strategies for Supporting Families

Safe environments begin with informed and supported caregivers. This interactive training will provide home visitors with practical strategies to promote child safety, strengthen protective factors, and engage families in meaningful conversations about preventing injuries and creating safe home environments. Participants will leave with evidence-informed tools and resources they can immediately incorporate into their work with families.

For Supervisors
Join Prevent Child Abuse Delaware for the 2026 Reflective Supervision Network Meetings, a virtual space for supervisors to connect, share insights, and explore common challenges in their work.
These meetings (held from 9:00AM to 11:00AM) offer a supportive forum for discussing Reflective Supervision, supervisory challenges, and case consultation.
Scheduled dates include February 17th, April 21st, June 16th, August 18th, October 20th, and December 15th, all hosted on Zoom.
