Jane Rattenni serves as New Castle County’s Chief of Policy & Legislative Affairs bringing three decades of experience in public administration at the federal, state, and county levels. In her most recent role as Division Manager for Community Resources for New Castle County, Ms. Rattenni has overseen a wide range of programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our communities, with a special focus on underserved populations. Her expertise in community services, operational and budget management, and policy makes her an ideal fit for leading policy and legislative initiatives for the new administration. Ms. Rattenni holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware.
