Andy Rim serves on the Board of Directors for Prevent Child Abuse Delaware, bringing experience in product leadership, strategy, and organizational development to support the organization’s mission to strengthen families and prevent child abuse across the state.
A lifelong Delaware resident, Andy has spent more than a decade working in financial services and currently serves as a Director of Product Management, where he leads teams focused on improving financial products that help families navigate access to higher education. His work centers on thoughtful strategy, collaboration, and building solutions that create meaningful impact for customers and communities.
Andy’s career path also includes more than ten years in the hospitality industry, an experience that helped shape his leadership style and deep appreciation for service, teamwork, and community connection. He later earned his degree from Wilmington University and transitioned into financial services, where he has continued to build a career focused on growth, problem-solving, and developing strong teams.
Outside of his professional life, Andy enjoys cooking, music, and spending time with his wife and their young twins in the Brandywine Valley. His commitment to family and community life fuels his passion for PCAD’s prevention-first mission and its work supporting children and families throughout Delaware.
